
In order to change the leaseholders or approved occupants on the General Tenancy Agreement, paperwork is required and a Change of Tenancy Fee of $165.00 will apply.
I want to move in:
- Any new tenants must complete a Tenancy Application form in full and be approved by the lessor/s prior to moving into the property. Please email this to the property manager and attach 100 points of ID and 2 recent payslips.
- If approved, a new lease agreement will be issued by our office and needs to be signed by all new and remaining tenants.
- We will also issue a ‘Change of Tenancy’ confirmation along with the Change of Bond Contributors (Form 6) that all tenants affected by the tenancy changes must sign.
- Where bond has been paid, an incoming tenant will pay their share of the bond directly to the outgoing or existing tenant/s.
I’m moving out:
- Any outgoing tenants must complete and sign a Notice of Intention to Leave (Form 13).
- Please email the signed form to your property manager.
- If approved, a new lease agreement will be issued by our office and needs to be signed by all remaining tenants.
- We will also issue a ‘Change of Tenancy’ confirmation along with the Change of Bond Contributors (Form 6) that all tenants affected by the tenancy changes must sign.
- Where bond has been paid, any incoming/remaining tenant/s will directly pay out the outgoing tenant their share of the bond.
Tenants are often added and removed at the same time, so please call the office and speak with your property manager to go over the exact requirements.
